Waters Edge is a charming, detached property located on Frogmore Creek, near the South Devon towns of Kingsbridge and Salcombe. All on ground floor, with three bedrooms; a king-size double with en-suite bathroom, a king-size double with en-suite shower room and a double, it can sleep six people altogether. There is also a shower room, a cloakroom, a living/kitchen room, a utility and a conservatory/dining room, as well as a second sun room. To the outside is an enclosed garden with lawned area and green house, along with a large decking area to the side and front. The front aspect is south-facing on the edge of Frogmore Creek and there is also plenty of patio furniture, a barbecue and glass balustrade to keep you safe.
